The EuroLeague of Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) was awarded with the status of a European University Alliance. The European Commission has decided to award the alliance funding of approximately € 7.2 M in the next two years under the European Universities Initiative.

Representatives of the EuroLeague of Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) joined the European Universities Coordinators Working Retreat, held in Brussels on 13–14 April 2026.

CZU Prague brought together international colleagues from across the ELLS Universities Alliance for its first-ever Staff Week of International Relations Officers, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and shaping the future of student mobility.

The call for the ELLS Fund for Incentives (FFI) is now open for new applications.
