Programme:

From April to May 2025
Online part: Watch every week online seminars from experts in Gastrointestinal food digestion / Microbiota / Allergy / in vitro tools to study digestion and absorption. Think about the emerging questions raised by each topic.

20-27th of June 2025 in Rennes, France
Physical mobility: In the morning, learn more on the factors influencing digestion and absorption, the in vitro digestion models, data modelling… through lectures from international professors. In the afternoon, get more experience and practice on the in vitro static digestion, from the enzyme to the digesta characterizations, followed by data modelling. Experience digestion under Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
